Balsa wood package 2.

This basic package consists of 1 type of 1mm thick balsa wood.

2 planks of 1mm thick balsa wood. Per shelf: 10cm x 20cm.

Note: 1mm is very fragile.

We only send this package via letterbox post/parcel post. In a box!

To give you an idea....:)

We use 1 mm thick wood for, for example, fronts on cupboards, doors for kitchens, etc. However, this is very vulnerable because it is very thin.

The Ikea miniature dollhouses are made of 2mm thick balsa wood. Just like, for example, the wooden planks from abouthoutanddeco.

We used the 3 mm wood as a solid base for eg beds, bedside tables and the bed house of saartje prum.

A good knife to cut your balsa wood. We use this knife. Order €2.99 at Conrad.nl. 

2. Cutting Mat:

We use this mat. Beautiful gray color with handy lines. € 13,25 can be ordered at creaknutselen.nl. 

3. Iron ruler.

This ruler is a must have. If you use 1 of plastic, you can easily cut it.
